The two-story home, on a very quite street, features an open arched porch with original Cuban floor tile, stucco walls, detailed hand turned wood balusters on garage doors and exterior balcony, casement windows, 1920’s vintage light fixtures, fireplace, Spanish barrel tile roof, arches, hardwood floors, dungeon style front door and French doors.

It has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, library, family room, living room, dining room, garage and spacious old world kitchen. The master bedroom has French doors accessing a wooden balcony overlooking a lush garden. The master bath has wooden columns, arches and roman tub. The property features a variety of palms, a wooden deck and old Chicago brick driveway, patio and walkways.
